Waking up and being able to go out on to a large balcony to enjoy Benidorm’s good weather, this will be possible at the Hotel RH Princesa, these will be your morning blessings, since most of its rooms have a fully equipped balcony.
It is time to get some energy at our large buffet, recently renovated facilities, offers a wide range of quality products, traditional and international dishes. In addition, if you are enjoying the sun or you do not feel like going to the dining room, we make it easy for you, we have our snack bar on the terrace in high season, where you can enjoy a simpler but fun menu, so you do not miss anything.
What would you say to having different pools designed so that each member of the family can find their own? At the RH Princesa, you have it! For the little ones, the splash pool, with just a few inches of water, with games and water attractions to enjoy. The more adventurous will not stop coming down the slides of our most fun pool and, those who seek to relax comfortably, we have the main pool and the outdoor jacuzzi, located in a large area with comfortable sunbeds to also enjoy the bright hours of Benidorm sun.
More fun? we have it! Our outdoor play area, with inflatables, kids carts, American track, mini basketball, etc. and a Miniclub in high season, where there will be no shortage of games or crafts.
The great addition that we present is an Escape Room, located in the hotel's Game Centre, the favourite space of our younger guests.
And while the little ones are having fun, the older ones relax in the Wellness Club Termal Princesa: a semi-Olympic heated pool, a jacuzzi pool, and an extensive menu of massages and beauty treatments. This is the perfect space to enjoy relaxation at any time of the day.
For those who do not want to lose their fitness on holiday, we have at your disposal an aerobics room and complete gym, being able to participate in the extensive programming of activities that are carried out such as: Pilates, spinning, cardio, etc...

From what time is the room available? Do I need to let the hotel know if I will arrive late?
Rooms are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, it is advisable to inform the hotel in advance so reception is aware of your arrival.

Can I use the spa at Hotel RH Princesa?
Yes. The hotel spa is available at a rate of €8 per person for staying guests and €15 per person for non-residents. Each spa circuit lasts 2 hours and can be booked through the website or directly at the hotel.
Children under 14 years old may only enter the spa between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and must always be accompanied by an adult. Access requires flip-flops, a swim cap and a towel. If you do not have a swim cap or flip-flops, you can buy them on site for €3 and €4 respectively. Treatments and massages have an additional cost and must be booked directly with the hotel spa.

What are the restaurant opening hours?
The usual dining room hours are breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and dinner from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. As these may change depending on the season or hotel operations, it is best to confirm them at reception during your stay.

Are drinks included in the booking?
As a general rule, drinks are not included in Half Board and Full Board stays. As an exception, in rates where this applies, house wine and water for guests over 60 are included. If the hotel offers an All Inclusive option, the included drinks will be specified in the conditions of that board basis.

Can I request a room with a shower or a bathtub?
Hotel RH Princesa has rooms with showers and others with bathtubs. You can indicate your preference when booking or mention it at reception, although it cannot be guaranteed 100%. Even so, the hotel will do everything possible to meet your request whenever availability allows.

How does the birthday promotional code work?
The birthday code is sent by newsletter on the day of your birthday to registered customers who have enabled promotional communications. It is valid for 7 days from the date it is sent and can be used for new bookings with stays taking place within the following 12 months.
Each code may only be used once, for one room, excludes additional services, and cannot be combined with other offers or the RH customer discount. If it does not work, the first step is to check its terms and validity period and, if the problem continues, contact customer service.

What should I know about the All Inclusive service at RH Princesa?
The hotel offers two All Inclusive options, identified as Gold card and Silver card. Guests staying on this basis receive a 70% discount on premium brands, except for selected labels of whisky, brandy, rum, gin and vodka.
The card is personal and non-transferable and must be presented together with the corresponding wristband when ordering drinks. It cannot be used to request drinks for guests who have not booked the service. If this rule is broken, the hotel may cancel the card without refund. The service is available from 10:00 am to midnight.

How can I reserve a parking space?
Parking can be added during the booking process on hotelesrh.com by entering your vehicle registration number. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. After that deadline, a €20 cancellation fee applies. The vehicle must be collected before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Can electric scooters be brought in or charged at the hotel?
No. Electric scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor may they be charged or parked within the facilities. Their charging or parking is also not permitted in the outdoor areas.

What children’s leisure facilities does the hotel offer?
RH Princesa has an outdoor Chikipark area where children can enjoy different activities such as an obstacle course, pedal karts, inflatable castle, trampoline, mini golf, football and basketball. These facilities are available free of charge for hotel guests.
The hotel also provides indicative schedules for the miniclub from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm and from 9:00 pm to 11:30 pm, minidisco at 8:30 pm, and outdoor park from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, extended in summer. All times are subject to change.
