Lovely hotel very clean, food is so good lots of choice. Bar drinks were reasonable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely return. Short walk to the old town which is lovely. [Very busy] about 15 min walk into levante bars and levante beach.

Hier staat de klant echt centraal! Heerlijk zorgeloos. Knap hoe ze dat jaar op jaar, tot in de details, weer voor elkaar krijgen. Eten is prima. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het strand, en in het centrum van Benidorm.

Lovely clean hotel with a restaurant that caters for everyone. Choice is amazing. We were on floor 13 which was a bit strange but sea views. Kettle and fridge in the room. Room did get hot as too early for air conditioning. Only complaint is tv was not great - kept losing signal. Great location just on the edge of the old town so can have a good walk along levante beach or posient beach. Close to bus stop for Altea and Albir.

Lovely staff. I was in room 1214, amazing views. Missed breakfast dye to early flight so can't comment, but we will be back. Good attention to detail

Amazing place. We stayed for four weeks last year and loved it so returned for another four weeks this year. I love Every thing about PRINCESA. The staff can’t do enough for you. The entertainment was first class. It’s spotlessly clean. The reception staff are extremely helpful. He beds and bedrooms are very comfortable. Spar is great with sauna, steam room, two indoor pools, jacuzzi, power jets and beauty room etc, so relaxing. Be back next year!!!!! Thank you to all the staff there.xxx

Excellent hotel lovely and clean,staff were very friendly and helpful.Food was wonderful.Entertainment was very good and appealled to all ages.Will definitely return in the near future.Cant wait to go back.
