Absolutely superb place to stay in Benidorm ,great staff ,excellent amazing food served in convenient hours comfortable accomadation we are sorry to leave and will be back soon ,there are two indoor heated pools and as we are here in January worked well for us

Well what a fabulous hotel! Immaculately clean, food fab, the staff can't do enough for you, I shall definitely be coming back to the princessa. I must mention the maids and the bar staff, so friendly and efficient! Ten out of ten.

"Fantastic waiting.cleaning and reception staff, a special mention to Alejandro who acknowledged my birthday and made us feel welcome, after we had been out for a walk I came back to my room and a bottle of Cava and a lovely note was left excellent service and a generous present I had a brilliant time at the hotel the food and drink was great and the hotel is in a brilliant location for the old town "

Lovely hotel food was great too,spotless great location & Lovely staff.would go again rooms where great and spacious.only downside was you were chasing the sun because of high rise buildings otherwise fabulous. Lovely to get some hot sun on the beach in November.

we have just spend most of our 55 days holiday at the Princesa in Benidorm. the rooms are well sized and super clean. the food is amazing. But most of all the staff can not do enough for you and always with a smile. In fact i did not want to go home without booking again to come back next Christmas and new year here so i have booked again

Highly recommended bar staff they work very hard and are always courteous . I have to congratulate them in managing so well over the busy Christmas period ."
